You can shop at Online Store of Multiplex Systems with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to accept credit cards and electronic check payments safely and securely for our customers.

The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the electronic check and credit card processing networks. See an online payments diagram to see how it works.

The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

Online Store of Multiplex Systems is registered with the Authorize.Net Verified Merchant Seal program.

All orders placed through our Online Store will be subject to our acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.

When you submit an order through our Online Store, you will receive an email to confirm that we are processing your order. You should check this email for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors. This email does not constitute acceptance of the order by us. Your order will be accepted by us (and a contract will then be formed between us) when we dispatch the goods to you. Title to the goods will pass to you on delivery.

Usually your order will be shipped within 24 hours of order acceptance, excluding weekends and national holidays.

By default, we accept only major credit cards and bank transfers.

Other forms of payment must be negotiated through Contact Us form.

Most orders are currently shipping within 48 hours from the receipt of your payment (excluding weekends and holidays) from Kyiv, Ukraine

Shipping methods include:

• Ukrposhta Registered Airmail Small Packet or Registered Airmail Parcel
  You will receive a reference number, using which you may be able to track your order depending on the postal service of the country of destination (currently possible to track in: Brazil, Denmark, Finland, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, UAE, USA). On average, please allow 5 (Eastern Europe) to 20 (South America) days for delivery.

If you want us to ship with a different company, please email us for a quote from your favorite express logistics company.

If your goods develop a fault, you have a right to return the goods to us so that we can send them off to be repaired under warranty on your behalf, however you should note that this will result in a significant delay in the goods being returned to you. We recommend in most cases that you send goods that are covered under a manufacturers warranty directly to the manufacturer for repair.

If the goods are not faulty you have 3 working days from the day after the goods arrive to cancel the order and return the goods for a refund. A refund will be provided within 30 days. Please note that packaging must be in pristine condition or Multiplex Systems will charge the customer a fee to compensate Multiplex Systems for the written down value of the stock. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

If you wish to return any goods you must notify Multiplex Systems and we will issue you with a unique RMA number if the return is authorized. Please note that you should not send any goods back until you have received this RMA authorization number, otherwise we will be unable to process your return. Please follow all instructions that accompany the RMA number carefully.
